5.2 Fees & Billing Listings are available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. All listings automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. By purchasing a listing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

5.3 Cancellation You may cancel your listing subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund prior payments. Access to listing benefits continues through the end of the current billing cycle.

5.4 No Refund Policy All listing purchases are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, lack of results, or early cancellation. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

User Responsibilities You agree not to post false, misleading, or unlawful content; infringe intellectual property rights; attempt to hack, scrape, disrupt, or interfere with the website; or use the Services for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to remove listings or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property All content on GHL HQ, including text, graphics, logos, branding, and materials, is owned by GHL HQ or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit our content without written permission.
3. User Content If you submit content (including listing information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and publish such content in connection with the Services. You represent that you have the right to provide such content.
4. Third-Party Services Disclaimer GHL HQ is not responsible for third-party platforms, affiliate tools, SaaS providers, payment processors, or external websites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their terms.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Binding Arbitration Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the State of Texas. You waive the right to trial by jury and participation in class actions. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis.
