HighLevel announced a very large release at LevelUp on Oct 27, 2026, and it renamed its $497 plan the Founder plan. If you are deciding whether HighLevel is right for your business or agency, this page keeps the important changes in one place. I update it when HighLevel publishes something new, and I only list what HighLevel's pages confirm.

LevelUp 2026 release: what HighLevel announced on Oct 27

HighLevel published a long release post titled "LevelUp Day 2026: The Next Evolution of HighLevel Features and Enhancements". It lists well over 100 items, and HighLevel says it will keep updating the post with more details and support links. Below is a grouped summary of the items that matter most to business owners and agencies. I have not tested these, so treat this as a guide to what HighLevel says it shipped.

Availability matters. HighLevel labels some items Private Beta, Limited Beta or Labs (a toggle you switch on in settings). Check your own account before you plan around a specific tool.

AI agents and Ask AI

• Managed Agents get conversation memory, subagents for parallel tasks, waits and scheduled follow-ups, inbound webhook triggers, custom values, a unified three-panel workspace and a dedicated computer environment for browsing and files.
• Conversation AI adds a Flow Based Builder, outbound AI agents (Auto-Pilot), MCP server support, rich elements like buttons and quick replies, date and time awareness, and time zone support.
• Voice AI adds MCP connectors for speech-to-speech agents, WhatsApp call answering, and agent versioning with draft testing. You can also clone Voice AI agents to sub-accounts.
• Agent health and self healing monitors recent calls and chats and suggests prompt fixes for you to review.
• Ask AI adds document generation (PDFs, Word, Excel, slides), project workspaces, agency permission levels, phone and SMS dispatch, and a cloud-based computer workspace.
• AI Campaigns lets you run bulk database reactivation with a Conversation AI agent.

Client Portal, courses and communities

• Client Portal AI App Builder designs and codes portal pages and a branded mobile app from conversational prompts. HighLevel also lists custom CRM objects for portal submissions, a Discover storefront for courses and offers, and service booking inside the portal.
• AI App Studio for branded mobile apps is in Private Beta.
• Course AI builds courses from a prompt (Course AI Beta), and video analytics shows retention and drop-off for course videos.
• Communities adds multiple pricing plans, premium channel visibility controls and automated milestone badges.

CRM, pipelines and workflows

• Opportunities get a redesigned creation panel, a sidebar workspace, custom associations and conversation feeds per deal. Most of these are marked Private Beta.
• Workflow Maps show a contact's journey across workflows and help you find workflow errors.
• Workflows add A/B testing (split contacts across up to 10 paths), Social Planner triggers, Google Sheets triggers and new Slack triggers.
• Snapshots now bundle dependent assets such as email templates used by a workflow.
• Calculated custom fields are in Private Beta.

Messaging, email and marketing

• WhatsApp adds native forms inside flows, media carousel templates, a ready-made template library, and call recording with transcription.
• Email gets an AI editor, AI sequence generation, AI-powered A/B testing, a pre-send spam check, Inbox Preview for real email clients, and automated domain warm-up (Private Beta).
• Social Planner adds client invite links for connecting social accounts, a unified Facebook and Instagram connection, social comments in Conversations, and Social Intelligence (Limited Beta).
• Ad Manager adds TikTok lead generation campaigns and a two-way sync with Meta Ads.
• Chat Widget adds an Insights dashboard, video avatars and interactive buttons.

Ecommerce, forms and payments

• Ecommerce adds Shopify and WooCommerce contact enrichment, a product page unbundled into 11 elements, workflow triggers for product views and cart additions, saved shipping addresses, and a live data preview in the store builder.
• Order Forms are redesigned with new layouts, over 80 styling controls and custom fields.
• Forms, Surveys and Quizzes add product-level conditional logic, automatic taxes and a unified Integrate tab.
• Rentals adds mandatory fees, optional add-ons, and partial payments with security deposits.

Agency and platform tools

• A2P Agency Trust Center manages 10DLC registrations across all sub-accounts in one place.
• Reputation Management adds bulk Reviews AI control for agencies, flexible agent settings and new dashboard widgets.
• Developer Portal App Studio builds Marketplace apps from conversational prompts.
• Project Management (Private Beta) adds Ask AI, workflow automations, a public API and an MCP integration.
• Meeting Room adds native video meetings with recordings, transcripts, summaries and breakout rooms.
• Data Residency Australia is in Private Beta.

Who should look at what

• If you run one business: start with the ecommerce, email, WhatsApp, chat widget and Conversation AI items. They are about capturing and following up with customers.
• If you run an agency: look at the Client Portal AI App Builder, Managed Agents, bulk Reviews AI, the A2P Agency Trust Center and agent cloning. They are about doing the same work across many sub-accounts.
• Either way: the Founder plan is where HighLevel groups several of the agency tools, so read that before you decide which plan to start on.

The Founder plan

HighLevel's help center says the Founder plan is the new name for the $497 per month Agency Pro plan, at the same price. Trial and pricing right now

As of Oct 28, 2026, here is what HighLevel's public pages show.

• Standard trial: HighLevel's pricing page shows "Experience it for 14 Days FREE" on Starter, Unlimited and the $497 plan. It also says billing begins automatically at the end of any free trial unless you cancel.
• Free Extended Trial: a longer free trial is available if you start it here. The trial page explains how it works and which plan to pick.
• Sales and coupons: HighLevel's pricing page currently shows regular prices of $97, $297 and $497 per month, with no sale or promo code listed. If that changes, I will update this page.

Black Friday 2026 watch

Black Friday is Friday, Nov 27, 2026, and Cyber Monday is Nov 30.

What HighLevel has confirmed: nothing yet. As of Oct 28, 2026, HighLevel has not announced a 2026 Black Friday offer on its public pages, and its pricing page shows the standard $97, $297 and $497 per month plans with no promotion.

What I will do: I will update this section when HighLevel announces something, with the exact terms from HighLevel's page: what the offer is, which plans it covers, who qualifies, and the dates. Until then, I will not guess at a discount. Any page that gives you a confirmed Black Friday price before HighLevel publishes one is guessing.

What you can do now:

1. Decide which plan fits you using the trial page or the pricing guide.
2. If you want to test HighLevel now, you can start the free extended trial. HighLevel has not said whether any future sale can be combined with a trial, so check the terms on its page if one appears.
3. Check this page again the week of Nov 23.
